“When I first started at Brooklyn Athletic Club, I was nervous because it had been so long since I’ve seriously worked out. I was not even able to lift a barbell off the wall! I felt so weak. Since I’ve trained in all their classes, I’ve gotten much stronger and feel so empowered and much more confident. I see all my gains and am excited to continue on that journey each time I come. BAC also has so many class options which helps fit my schedule as a working mom.”
