Brooklyn Athletic Club is excited to launch our new Semi-Private Training (SPT) program, “BAC Strength”. This program is comprised of a series of SPT sessions that focus on the Big Three lifts: The Deadlift, Bench Press and The Squat. Trainees of all levels are welcome and will learn how to properly set-up and use the power racks for all the lifts, change/track weights, additional exercises to help build muscle and technique, and most importantly, the basic fundamentals of lifting big!
