But it wasn’t until she experienced a knee injury in 2010 and had to rehab herself through a combination of physical therapy and strength training that she decided to get certified as a personal trainer to help others move and feel better.

With a passion for health and wellness using a holistic approach, she focuses on the specific needs of her clients, empowering them to take charge of their mind and body. By teaching the building blocks of strength training and how to implement sustainable lifestyle habits, Rachel helps individuals of all ages and fitness levels achieve and maintain their goals.

On her off time Rachel enjoys all things comedy, creating fluid art, exploring new and old music of all genres, dabbling in graphic design, and creating plant-based recipes.
