Euro Trilll
Trainer
Euro (he/they)is a Personal Trainer and Group Training Coach at Brooklyn Athletic Club, where he specialize in building strength and mobility that translates—inside and outside the gym. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Before entering the fitness industry, Euro studied Creative Writing at Florida State University and spent several years as a touring musician. That background shaped his approach to coaching—disciplined, adaptable, and grounded in real-world performance.
Raised in Germany, Euro grew up immersed in outdoor activity and sport. He competed in soccer through ODP Europe (U16 and U17), building a strong foundation in athletic movement and conditioning. He now coaches youth soccer in Brooklyn.
Euro also leads community-focused fitness initiatives, including queer-centered events like the Xthletic Games (2025), pick up teamsports, and local trail runs.
His coaching centers on developing strength through full range of motion, improving mobility, and exposing the gaps most programs ignore. He works with both private and group clients at BAC, helping them build resilient, capable bodies that perform over time.
