Personal Training

Quality personal training is at the heart and soul of our club.  By making serious training accessible, safe, and enjoyable, we can deliver dramatic results in a casual environment with a fun and open approach. Individualized training programs mean our trainers work with and for you.  

Includes custom goal and body-health assessments, optional nutrition plans, and regular progress check-ins. Personal training is available to members and non-members.

Semi-Private Training

This is the type of training for once you’ve found your workout focus. You don’t want to commit fully to personal training, but you want to have focused workouts with direct consultation from a trainer on meeting your fitness goals.

Each class is capped at four people per session, so we can ensure every client personal attention and progress tracking as they move through our twelve-week programming cycles. Three to four weekly sessions are less than the price of one weekly personal training session, making semi-private training the most efficient way to achieve any fitness goal.

TEAM Training

Our class training is not like our competitors with mood lighting and loud music; we’re just focused on nailing the workout. Each of our trainers has their own ‘super-power’; from gymnastics, to olympic weight-lifting, to HIIT classes; we can guarantee there is a class that works for you.

Each of our Small Group Training explore a core area of fitness to hone your knowledge, strength, and results.  A variety of equipment, training styles, and trainers means you’re constantly learning new techniques and never do the same workout twice. Always capped at 8 to 12 people per class.

Yoga, Pilates, and Fitness

Every BAC member has unlimited access to Yoga, Mat Pilates, and our Cardio-Definition fitness classes.

The Yoga Studio provides an intimate indoor-outdoor yoga experience with trainers mastered in a variety of yoga styles—Vinyasa, Alignment, and Iyengar.  

Certified instructors lead contemporary open-level and restorative mat pilates classes. A serene patio overlooking McCarren park makes this beautiful studio a rectifying oasis.

Cardio and Definition classes are quick but challenging 30-45 minute get-your-sweat-on workouts.  They include BAC Burn—a high intensity interval training cardio class—and Glutes & Abs, dedicated to sculpting enviable glutes and abdominals.
