Quality personal training is at the heart and soul of our club. By making serious training accessible, safe, and enjoyable, we can deliver dramatic results in a casual environment with a fun and open approach. Individualized training programs mean our trainers work with and for you.
Includes custom goal and body-health assessments, optional nutrition plans, and regular progress check-ins. Personal training is available to members and non-members.
Each session is capped at four people per session, so we can ensure every client personal attention and progress tracking as they move through our twelve-week programming cycles. Three to four weekly sessions are less than the price of one weekly personal training session, making semi-private training the most efficient way to achieve any fitness goal.
