Brooklyn Athletic Club is very excited to host Dr. Mike Israetel and Dr. James Hoffmann of Renaissance Periodization for a special six hour seminar for developing and applying sports nutrition and recovery strategies for both the coach and athlete.
We were lucky enough to attend the Juggernaut Performance Summit in February and brought back a ton a valuable knowledge from them both during their abridged topics.
