Advanced Sports Nutrition & Recovery Strategies

Brooklyn Athletic Club is very excited to host Dr. Mike Israetel and Dr. James Hoffmann of Renaissance Periodization for a special six hour seminar for developing and applying sports nutrition and recovery strategies for both the coach and athlete.

We were lucky enough to attend the Juggernaut Performance Summit in February and brought back a ton a valuable knowledge from them both during their abridged topics.  We're incredibly excited to bring Dr. Israetel and Dr. Hoffmann back to New York for a full six hours of expanded discussion and Q&A on their areas of expertise:

Dr. Mike Israetel-Nutrition for Physique and Performance

Dr. Mike Israetel has made countless contributions to the training community through his authorship of The Renaissance Diet and Scientific Principles of Strength Training, at The Performance Summit, he will discuss the nuanced aspects of nutrition as it relates to improving physique and maximizing performance.

Dr. James Hoffmann-Recovery Theory and Application

Your training is only as effective as your recovery. Dr. James Hoffmann, RP Coach, co-author of Scientific Principles of Strength Training and Exercise Science Professor at Temple University, will outline the mechanisms of various recovery strategies and how they are best implemented into training.
