Off of my mat you can find me spending time with my family & friends, hanging out with my dog, at the beach, cycling, traveling, and trying new things. I love making people laugh, and I make sure not to take life too seriously. My love for yoga goes far beyond the physical practice and I truly believe that yoga makes the world a better place one person at a time.
