WEIGHTLIFTING

M&W: 7:45PM - 9:15PM

Brooklyn Athletic Club, in partnership with Brooklyn Barbell Club,  is offering a class exclusively for Training Members on the fundamentals of the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Coach Joey Swidler  leads this course for weightlifters from beginning to advanced levels of experience.  

In addition to the class, you will receive access to the platforms, racks and the entire training floor during non-peak hours. Access to this class is an additional $49/month for any Training Member.
