Group Fitness Classes
Designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture, Pilates stresses quality of movement over quantity of movement and focuses on strengthening both the mind and body through controlled movement. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance with an emphasis on alignment, breathing, coordination and balance. The exercises in Pilates focus on strengthening the muscles of the hips, back, abdominals and glutes.

Performance Recovery is for athletes, yogis and weekend warriors who train hard and need a quick, efficient way to access good position, mobilize, recover and down-regulate.
The class is informed by movement modalities from yoga to calisthenics and includes dynamic and static stretching & mobilization, myofascial massage, breathing exercises and deep relaxation.
Woven throughout are clear anatomical cues, options for scaling to ability/flexibility, and sport specific positioning cues.
Performance Recovery is a perfect option for non-training/active recovery days or as preparation for an intense training session. Yogis, cyclists, weightlifters--and everyone in between--are welcome!

Pilates based class created to get your heart pumping. This is a smash up of high intensity interval training, dance and pilates, making those muscles long and lean while keeping that heart rate up and burning some calories. This class is the way to unwind on Friday nights at 6pm before you hit that weekend and a way to sweat it all out on Sunday at 6pm before you return to reality. Come get lean and mean with us
BAC BURN will test your strength, speed, agility and power by hitting high peaks of intensity through interval training. Based on functional movements, it is designed to have you rapidly burning calories in only 45 mins, allowing you to boost your metabolic rate, increase lean muscle and activate fast twitch muscle fibers. Class will begin with an accelerated warm up, consist of a range of high peaks of exercise, then end with a dedicated core focus and cool down.
Heart Raiser - The Cardio based version to get that heart rate high.
Muscle Maker - The Resistance based version to build muscle and strength.
Glutes & Abs
Strengthen, sculpt, and tone the core and glutes. This 30 minute class will begin with a series of light resistance training and core strengthening exercises that activate the lower body and condition the engagement of the abs, hips, thighs, and glutes to enhance your every day workout.
We offer Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Deep Flow Yoga, Candlelit Vinyasa Flow, and Deep House Yoga! Come check out the variety of options and instructors. When the weather is nice, we love to open the studio doors and have class on the roofdeck.
Glutes & Abs +

BAC's signature Glutes & Abs class combined with HIIT for 60 minutes of butt sculpting conditioning! Strengthen, sculpt and tone your glutes and core with resistance and isolation exercises followed up with interval training for and extra calorie burn. Located in our new 3rd floor group fitness and boxing studio.
Mondays and Sundays
The Iyengar Yoga Method was developed by B.K.S. Iyengar, during his more than 70 years of teaching. Known for its focus on alignment and use of props, Iyengar Yoga is a safe and systematic development of the asanas (postures). This class will emphasize the standing poses as they are the foundation of the Iyengar Method. Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) is also introduced in the beginning. As these poses are refined other postures including forward bends, backbends, twists and Salamba Sirsasana (headstand) will be added. Through clear demonstrations, precise instructions and sequencing of postures students build strength, flexibility and concentration.
