Deidra (CIYT), Iyengar Yoga.  Deidra Demens was introduced to Yoga in 2004. While studying at The Theatre School at DePaul University in Chicago, IL Deidra explored various styles of Yoga, movement and breathing exercises as creative ways of expression. Deidra’s approach to teaching is focused and fun, her classes are energetic and engaging. Through demonstration and detailed alignment, Deidra seeks to both challenge and inspire her students.

She earned her certification in Group Exercise in 2002 through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. In 2010,  she became a certified Vinyasa Instructor and completed Sonic Yoga's 200-hour Teacher Training Program. She strives to offer accessible, fun classes with personalized playlists that inspire students at all levels to go beyond their perceived limits.

Margot has been raised in the fitness world her whole life. Her father was a former New York State champion wrestler, and acted as her personal trainer early on. She has played soccer, tennis, and has run track. She also has dabbled in boxing and wrestling.  Margot was introduced to Pilates by her mother, a former professional dancer for Boston Ballet, but came to know it’s restorative advantages when seeking relief from her own sports injuries. She believes there is always more to learn, and is currently continuing her Pilates education as an apprentice with Core Pilates.  Outside of Pilates she has worked on various projects with the Upright Citizens Brigade improv theater, is a published poet, and is currently studying at the Atlantic Acting School. She looks forward to applying her experience to reach your goals.

She now has a desire to see women find their strength and confidence in the gym. She is passionate about health and wellness and graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach. Tasha uses her spare time to compete with the International Physique League as a professional bikini athlete.
