Originally from Southern California, Andrew has been practicing yoga for over a decade. His interest in breath and movement became more pronounced when he moved to New York in 2010 to study Acting at New York University. Since then, he has studied various movement and dance styles. After college, Andrew received his 200 hour and 300 hour trainings from YogaWorks, where he honed in on an alignment-based practice. Andrew offers dynamic, flow style classes that incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
