The Flow Down is an hour of vinyasa co-taught by Rosemary Dorsett and Jennifer Jolorte. Expect a sequence that is equal parts flex and chill, full of good-for-you moves set to a beat with a healthy dose of pranayama and meditation throughout so you can reset for the week ahead.
