You're invited to pulse and tuck your way to a stronger, firmer & more limber physique with Annie Rodriguez, dancer, longtime barre instructor and BAC's newest Pilates teacher. In this zero-impact, highly effective barre basics workout, you'll work every muscle in your body until it burns and shakes and then stretch it for flexibility and a lean, toned look. After the workout, we'll cool down with mimosas and enjoy the awesome autumn views from our beautiful rooftop studio.
