In the last month of the year, holiday planning, last minute shopping and traveling can make us feel tightly wound. This pre holiday practice will focus on releasing tension and grips held in the inner hips. Limitations in range of motion in our hips are often brought on by sitting/ standing positions at work or our workouts. Holiday stresses can also add to that. In this workshop we will explore poses that lengthen the hamstrings and open the hips, creating space and quietness inside and out.
