Backbending 101: Freeing the shoulders with Deidra

As Fall approaches and the weather cools we start to bring back the layers. Adding more weight to our already overloaded shoulders. This back bending workshop will focus on building strength and stability in the shoulders to open the chest and relieve tension in the neck and shoulders. This workshop is open to all levels.
