The holiday season is a time for coming together, surrounding ourselves with family and friends to give thanks for all our blessings. While heartwarming, even times as joyous as these can be stressful. In this workshop we will explore elements of twisting that help us unwind and release. The "squeeze and soak" actions in twists or revolved postures help revitalize the internal organs and relieve tension in the back and shoulders. Psychologically, twist teach us to remain calm in the face of anything that can wind us up in our holiday planning.
