Group Training Classes
The Beginner Group Training class focuses on building a strong foundation for basic movement patterns, such as the squat, deadlift, and lunge as well as upper-body pushing and pulling movements. Members will also gain proficiency in explosive movements, such as the sandbag clean and the kettlebell swing.
Level 2 GT
This circuit-based class combines both traditional and unconventional resistance training methods to incorporate gains in both strength and in fat loss. This class builds upon the basic movements established in the Beginner GT class with increases in intensity, speed, explosiveness and multi-directional movement.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a proven method to improve cardiorespiratory function and aid in fat loss. The class begins with a warm-up followed by agility and jump training that leads into a variety of fast paced intervals. Class ends with core work and a cool-down.
Group Fitness Classes
Strengthen, sculpt, and tone the core and glutes. This 30 minute class will begin with a series of light resistance training and core strengthening exercises that activate the lower body and condition the engagement of the abs, hips, thighs, and glutes to enhance your every day workout.
